| Warranty: Conditions for free replacement of your Hot Head Bead Torch: If You are the original owner and the torch is no more than 5 years old. If the Hot Head failed due to errors in design, manufacturing or was damage in shipping. Please call or email us if you have any problem with your Hot Head. We are here for you and will assist technically in any way we can. We will happily replace your Hot Head if it has a problem which originates with its design, manufacture or shipping. We willing supply guidance for maintaining, troubleshooting, cleaning or moving your Hot Head to a “bulk tank fuel delivery system”. NOTE: Don't taking your Hot Head Torch apart, submerging it in any fluid, or subject it to any treatment designed to modify its behavior or clean it. | This part never wears out, but can be fouled by molten glass or other debris. We have replaced a Flame Cup jammed with a spider's nest. |

| This black rubber gasket rarely wears out, but but is available for replacement. One users husband borrowed her gasket for the hose so she had no idea why the Hot Head was leaking from the bottom. |
| NOTE: Our gasket may have fit a hose, but a hose gasket should not be used as the sealing gasket for the Hot Head Bead Torch. The thickness, inside diameter, outside diameter and material is specifically designed for the Hot Head Bead Torch. No other gasket is covered by our insurance. |

| We apologize that the Valve Assembly, including the Thread Box, Valve Knob and Stem and Bent Pipe are all one unit. If they are taken apart, torch is ruined. They must be remain joined. They are not replaceable as a unit or as parts. |
